when I first saw this picture (at a glance), I thought, ITS CUTE. Typical I guess, because everyone will think so. the title of the picture covers the message that the photographer wanted to tell to us. And the picture itself somehow give us warm feeling just by looking at it. I say the idea is very good.
For the technique of the picture itself, the angle is very good. The contrast between the ducks' fur *fur?* and the snow is great, their position remarks that their warming each other apart from the snow that surrounding them. The framing though, I think it can be better. See the duck at the background and how it's head just show a half of it? It's a little bit disturbing. I suggest that the frame a bit wider, so all of three ducks can be seen clearly, or make it tighter where just the only 2 ducks on the foreground can be seen.
well since i don't have a membership i'll just have to write my Critique here so here it is: the ducks are adorable, the framework is a little sloppy, you should have backed the camera/zoom up a little so more of the animals are visible, just enough so your not seeing only the two ducks in the front. the third one is out of focus and it would look nicer if all three were in focuse instead of the two in frount. well i hope this helps im not a profesional but i did notice that and thought it might help.

To sum up, very great work Chris!
