the shot is great, the composition and framing are all good in my opinion, though when I enlarge the photo, I can see that it's misfocus, especially on the bird itself. It's a bit disturbing because one might want to see a clear shot. I think this can be corrected on next shot, maybe with tripod or something steady to put the camera on. Oh by the way, the mood for this photo might be changed too, into something warmer maybe.
